FAQs

  • We accept children aged 18 months to 6/7 years old (Kindergarten) for Happy Gym classes.

  • Monthly tuition is based on how many times your child’s class meets in a given month.

The majority of classes will meet four times per month, however, classes may meet more frequently or fewer times depending on holidays and gym closures. Tuition is as follows:

    $27.25 per 50-minute class
    $17.00 per 30-minute class

Please be mindful that tuition will fluctuate from one month to the next to accurately reflect how many times your child’s class meets.

There is an annual $49 registration per family (not per child!) that is used to cover insurance costs. With that, you also get our Tiny Tumbler Perks- priority class enrollment access, first access to special events, and a Tiny Tumbler Welcome Pack on your first day!

You can enroll at any time. If you join mid-month, you will be prorated for your first month of class. After the first month, you will charged at our monthly rate.

We account for holidays and planned studio closures in our yearly schedule. We are closed for four weeks annually, making our studio open for 48 weeks, (averaging out to four weeks/month).

The weeks are we closed are as follows:

    • Thanksgiving Break: November 25th - December 1st

    • Winter Break: December 23th - January 5th

    • Spring Break: March 24th - 30th

    • Summer Break: June 30th - July 6th

We will also be closed Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day, Halloween evening October 31st, and Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th.

  • We do not offer trial lessons at this time but follow us on social media for any future opportunities to learn more about us.

  • There are already so many things to do when you have young kiddos. We try to make gymnastics a little easier for you by rocking a month-to-month program.

This means you stay enrolled each month and you can join at any time. Your account will be prorated based on the start date.

You can also drop at any time. If you would like to drop, please notify our hospitality staff by the 25th of the month, at the latest, in order to discontinue classes for the following month.

As of the 26th of the month, you are committed for the following month and tuition fees will be posted.

  • Enrollment can be completed online through our website, by phone, or in-person at our studio. Please fill out the necessary forms and provide any required documentation.

  • Unfortunately, we can't accommodate siblings in classes (unless they're in a wrap/ergo). For safety reasons, we need to keep our ratios in compliance with USAG guidelines. We know this can be challenging when you have babies in tow, but it truly is a safety compliance issue that we must adhere to.

  • Yes, this works as long as both children are actively enrolled in the age-appropriate class together and the caregiver is up for the challenge.

  • Sure! Your child can transfer classes at any time as long as there are openings available in a class with equivalent age and skills requirements.

If your preferred class is full, you can be added to the waitlist and a staff member will contact you when a spot opens up.

  • Gymnasts should wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

Acceptable Happy Gym fashion: Shorts, t-shirt, leggings, sweatpants, tank tops, leotards.

Hair: Please pull long hair into a ponytail, away from the face so it does not get caught in equipment or distract gymnasts.

Footwear: Participants wear bare feet in the gym.

Please avoid: Any clothing with buttons, zippers, oversize sweatpants, jewelry and tutu’s (these get in the way of gymnastics skills and when coaches are spotting).

  • Sure! Your child can join at any time during the month. Tuition will be prorated based on the start date.

Policies

  • We require a card on file and will run payments on the 5th of each month. Accounts with unpaid balances by the 8th of the month will be dropped from class. You are considered enrolled in the program until you officially drop.

  • We are a cashless facility. Credit/debit cards are the only accepted forms of payment. Tuition will run on the 5th of each month.

  • If you would like to drop, please notify our hospitality staff by at least the 25th of the month in order to discontinue classes for the following month.

As of the 26th of the month, you are committed for the following month and tuition fees will be posted.

  • Please arrive about 5 minutes prior to class starting, and encourage your gymnast to use the restroom before class. Parents are highly encouraged to remain at the gym during your child’s gymnastics classes.

Our bathrooms are a slight distance from the gym space, so it is important to have a parent there to take gymnasts to the bathroom if needed.

Leotards are tricky to maneuver when you’re a preschooler! They need your help.

  • The tuition you pay secures your child’s spot in class the month in which it is paid. We offer one make up per month, space permitting.

A make up class may be scheduled prior to a missed class if you know ahead of time your child will miss class (such as a planned vacation).

Make up class tokens will remain on your account for 1 month following the date of the absence.

Make up classes can not be used as credit toward tuition.

Make up classes are not guaranteed. Availability is based on current enrollment and maintaining safe class ratios.

You must be actively enrolled to use your make up class token recorded in your account.

Make up classes are scheduled with our hospitality team.

  • In the event of inclement weather, we follow Denver Public Schools closures. We will notify you of any class cancellations and provide options for makeup classes.

This may vary for morning and evening classes. For example, we may be closed for morning classes, but open for afternoon. We will notify you via email and social media.
